Today, I drove to Pinellas County, Like I used to do every day. It is a new month and I try to get over there every month to take some pictures of 400 Central which is a new condo building that is being built in Downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Right now The One on the southwest corner of 1st ave North and 1st Street North in St. Petersburg, FL is the tallest building in Pinellas County which is 450 feet tall. I flew it with my drone and it measured 490 feet tall. Anyway, the building at 400 Central Avenue is set to be completed in the spring of 2025 and since I heard it was being built which was August 2022 I started going there each month to take photos of it. So today, I went there and took some photos of it and then went grocery shopping at the Walmart around the corner and then I stopped at the new Wawa on 34 Street South and I got home around 1 PM. Today is Sunday, and it is the day of the week that I “go all out” and eat whatever I want. So last week when I was grocery shopping I got a family-size bag of meatballs from Walmart, they were 10 bucks. I looked at them, and I was like yeah right “family size” I could eat this entire bag with no problem, maybe even two bags. So I got home today (I got them again for next Sunday) I cooked them and could only eat half of them, I just don’t have the size of a stomach that I used to have (which is a good thing) for my entire life, (I am in my mid-40s now) I had no problem eating large amounts of food. I always have a crazy appetite, and it is just not there anymore. I blame fasting for this. I intermittently fast every day now except for Sundays, and I prolong fast for 3 days every February and August. I do take a lot of supplements and I exercise every day, but the best thing I do for myself is fast. Not eating, and being hungry is the best thing that I do for myself. I saw a video from Dr. Mark Hyman and it said in that video that being overweight is very bad for you. So ever since then (October 10th, 2023) I have been trying to lose weight as much as possible. I eat once per day now and this is what I eat each day. I drink about a tablespoon of vinegar before I take anything. I don’t like the idea of slamming a half shot of vinegar but it has some really good side effects. It has a really good effect on blood sugar. Every time your blood sugar rises it shortens your lifespan. I figure, that I have done enough horrible things to my body over the years (Like smoking and drinking lots of alcohol) I can’t take those things back and my body will always remember everything I have done, so all I can do now is stop doing all that bad stuff and try to only do good stuff to my body now. Losing weight is just overall very good for you. In addition to all of the cool things the less weight does for a human it is also very healthy and I did not know that until now. I just know that there is someone out there that can help me by just looking at what I do online and making a few simple suggestions. That would help me out a lot! We will see though.
