As an Amazon Associate and affiliate marketer, I earn a small commission from qualifying purchases.
I have a Peloton Bike+. I have weights, but I have never used them, I just ride the bike and I don’t do any of the plethora of exercises that Peloton has available.
I think the absolute best thing that I like about my Peloton is that when I am done exercising, I just power off the “tablet” and get off the bike and walk away. I don’t have to argue or put up with anything, I just do what is good and then walk away.
I exercise 1 x for 30 minutes each day on the Peloton Bike+ In the morning. (I just ride the bike, I do not use the weights that I have.)
And 1 X for 30 minutes each day in the afternoon since I took delivery of the Peloton Bike+ on May 13th 2021.
When I purchased my Peloton in 2021 it was not available at all on Amazon that I could find. I paid for it (Just the Bike+) from Peloton, and it took them 2 months to deliver it to me. Now they are available on Amazon, they are cheaper than a Peloton purchase AND they are delivered to you in 1 week! If I was going to get a Peloton now, I would definitely get it from Amazon. Here is a list of the things I got from Amazon.com. I got only the actual Bike from Peloton and I got everything else from Amazon.com.
The Peloton Bike+ does not come with shoes for the bike at all, I knew this ahead of time, I did not have a Peloton apparel Gift card so I got these used in good condition (They still had the tags on them) they run about 1/2 size to small. If I was going to use these shoes all day I would have returned them based on that but I kept them since I only have them on for 50 minutes each day.
Delta Riding Shoes for the Peloton Bike +
Exercise Bike Equipment Mat, 1/4″ Thick
I converted the only USB C port on the back of the tablet on my Peloton Bike+ to a USB A port and then I plugged a tri charger into that USB a port so I can charge pretty much anything I need to while on the bike. Which I use to charge the batteries for my action cam on usually because I almost never bring my phone with me when I exercise.
I purchased this tray for my Peloton Bike+ which has a place to hold your cell phone which has some grip tape like stuff on it and it also has two small little square cutouts in it which I use to hold my batteries in when I am charging them. These trays are specific to the Bike+ because the handle bars on the bike+ are completely different.
The seat on that came on the Peloton was hurting my butt a lot. I ride it twice each day and I always have. It was making my butt sore all day long which I planned on riding this thing for the rest of my life. I probably would have gotten used to it eventually, but I could not wait for eventually, so I tried getting a cover for the existing seat and making sure it was level and I got some padded bike shorts and none of that worked. So I read about it and swapped the seat out with this one, and I purchased a padded cover for it too, which solved the problem completely. I probably don’t need the padded cover anymore, but I just left it on. Now, I have seen many other seats that probably would also do the job, but mine works perfectly as it is, so I just leave it alone. They don’t sell a seat at all on the Peloton site, which tells me there is something about the seat that it ships with that is in some way better for the rider, but I don’t care, my Bikeroo seat is fine by me.
I never purchased a water bottle from Peloton, I use a 32OZ cup for the R.O. water that I always drink, which I get from Amazon by the 3 pack because they break about every 8 months or so. The cover on it has saved me many times from spills. They are also double walled too for keeping temperatures in, and they fit perfectly in the cupholder in my 3rd generation Prius. When I am on the Peloton the drink holder is set off to an angle, so the water in my cup spills on to the front wheel, so when I fill it before I ride, I just fill it up to about 65 percent to prevent water from spilling on the front wheel.
While I am riding, I tend to sweat. The sweat that drips off my face goes straight down to the Bike+. I want that Bike+ to last for the rest of my life if possible and sweat is pretty much like salt water which is horrible for metal, so I got this cover to shield the bike+.
One day a couple of years ago, there was an update pending on my Bike+. I did the update and the bike shutdown like always then it came back up and did the exact same thing again and it kept looping like that, I tried everything to get it to just boot up past the loop and it just would not boot up. So after like a year and a half, I called Peloton support, I didnt want to but I had to. I worked with Peloton support for about an hour and then they gave me some bad news. I was going to need a new tablet (That is the screen on the bike that has basically an android based computer in it. Then they told me it was going to cost me $699.00. Then I freaked out on the dude on the phone, I was like “This occurred from an update that was pushed out by Peloton and was in no way my fault”. The dude just kept apologizing to me, I told him “I am not doing that” and I hung up on him. I was pissed off. I love that bike but I am not doing that and I am not buying a new Bike+ either. So I went to eBay and I found a used on delivered to me for $107.00 USD that I have used ever since and it works perfectly. Peloton changed their updates to not include a shutdown any more either so that is cool.
When I was right at the 2-year mark, Peloton flashed a message on my screen that my existing pedals need to be replaced every two years. I read how to change them and Peloton gives you tools for the bike when it is delivered, so I used them. I purchased these pedals from Amazon because I was thinking of using another kind of shoe when I would not need to use the mat anymore to protect the floor when I put my shoes on. I got these pedals but the shoes for them seemed kind of flimsy so I exchanged them for the exact same delta style shoes that I already had., “If it aint broke do not fix it”
The original Delta style shoes that I had had Velcro on them, after about a year, the Velcro on them stopped working on them. I don’t have the time to see if Velcro can be fixed, so I rather than asking for my money back from Amazon for the SPD shoes that DID work on my floor, so I could have got rid of the mat that I use, I just exchanged the SPD shoes for the exact same shoes I had before.
Peloton Female instructors:
#1 Robin Arzon (she pronounces her last name like this are-zone) She is the absolute queen of all the Peloton studios on earth to me. I did not like her when I first started riding the peloton probably because she has lots of tattoos, which would be a problem if she and I were a couple. She is not with me, so after several weeks, I got over her tattoos. She had this blue thing on the back of her Arm and I was very curious about that because I had never seen anything like that before at all. I started to listen to her and I heard her say that Silvester Stallone tried like 30 times or so to sell the script of the very first Rocky movie. I was like “I knew that” but what if I did not? So I started actually listening to her more, and then I heard her say once during a workout that she sent out a tweet on Twitter (This was before Elon purchased Twitter) and she said that “booksamillion” tweeted back to her, Robin actually said what it was, but she made a big deal about “booksamillion” tweeting her back and I was like “that IS awesome” that is when I became a fan of hers. Then a few weeks later, I purchased a login for a masterclass for something on photography (which was awesome) and when I was finished with that I started looking at other master classes and I stumbled onto one featuring Robin Arzon. I was like “No way” I was glued to that TV screen, I learned so much about her. First off she said that “she sprinkles fear on her breakfast each day” lol. I also found out that she used to be a lawyer and then one day she just stopped being a lawyer and flew to Spain to photograph something (who does that?) Once you become a lawyer, and pass the bar exam that is like the holy grail I thought. (Being a lawyer is very stressful work) I also learned that when she was in college there was some type of active shooter event in her school and she was directly involved and thought at first she was going to die, then she was like “Nope, I am not going to die today” and she managed to get away from that event without injury. I also learned that the blue thing on the back of her Arm is a Continuous Glucose Monitor that connects to her phone because she recently found out (like in the past 10 years” that she had type 1 diabetes. (That is NOT even the type that is the fault of most people with diabetes. So that Continuous Glucose Monitor connects to her cell phone and is awesome (Except for the probe/needle that needs to go into a vein, I personally do not like needles) Anyway she has 2 kids, a girl named Athena who is now a toddler and an infant boy named Atlas. (as of this writing 03/2024) She is 42 years old g and she is married to Drew Butler who is an investment manager and is 44 years old. Robin is very attractive even at 42 years old. She says she used to be “Allergic” to exercise, which I think is very funny. Because at 42 years old and after 2 kids she has a 6 pack stomach. Her mother is a physician and her middle name is “Amelia ” That name I think is a very strong female name. Amelia Earhart was the first woman to fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean, and Amelia Boone is a lawyer for Apple who won the spartan race as world champion AND the World’s Toughest Mudder obstacle course (Which is very hard) three times. Robin gave Athena this middle name also which is very cool. Robin is a vegan which is scientifically proven to be the absolute best diet for humans (and is very hard to do, I tried it) it is very obvious too, Her skin glows! In addition to being an awesome Peloton instructor, she also works at Peloton (New York Studio) as the Vice President of fitness programming head instructor. I love to workout with Robin, because she is very tough (she tends to be a slave driver lol) and I learn things during my workout. She recommends (usually) good stuff all the time too. I remember she recommended the book by Will Smith called “Will” which was very good. Right now 03/2024 I am reading “The Mindful Body” which she recommended. I counted I think 7 tattoos on her body that I could see to help me get over them, that is HER body she can do what she wishes to it. Her skin is so awesome I just think that tattoos ruin her skin she doesn’t think that obviously. She married Drew after 3 days of knowing him (who does that?) Robin does. When she does rides from the 80’s and 90’s she tends to bring us riders back to that time, which is awesome to recall my youth and to find out hers was similar. She announces that a playlist is “explicit” and says to put headphones over the ears of children. Now that she has 2 children she is always using “duck lips” to tell stories about them which are very funny. Robin Arzon is my absolute favorite Peloton instructor end of story. The only thing that prevents me from riding with her is a Country music ride which is few and far between.
#2 Emma Lovewell is 1 of the most attractive women instructors on the Peloton. I call her the “music woman” because she has really good playlists and she very obviously HAS to move when she hears any music that she likes. (I think it is involuntary lol) she always says good things and was a lifeguard in Martha’s Vineyard where she grew up. I remember thinking when I heard that, I would have so faked drowning to get close to her lol. She says things all the time like “change is inevitable, but growth is optional” which is very true! I like Emma a lot. She has two large freckles on her left shoulder and as of 03/2024, I think she is pregnant from her soon-to-be husband David Clark. I just saw somewhere online that she is in fact pregnant!
#3 Alley Love is also among I think the most attractive woman instructors on the Peloton platform. She is a black woman and has very light skin. She is a big deal at Peloton. I like working out with her a lot. She always has “fire” (really good) playlists too. I learned a lot of new music from her workouts.
#4 Hannah Frankson is mixed black and white. She is also an extremely attractive woman instructor. The only way I can tell that she is mixed is because on the bridge of her nose, there are freckles and there is only one way to get them naturally, that I know of, there has to be a caucasian parent involved. Hannah is also an actress and a former track runner.
#5 Hannah Corbin is to me the most useful woman instructor on the Peloton platform. She is also pretty attractive which helps a lot. She named the Sunny and 75 picture at my other website www.justawesomeshots.com she also pointed out the “Here now” feature on the Peloton, I don’t care about anyone that is not here right now! She is also a Luke Combs lover too (which I love)

Peloton Male instructors:
I am sexually attracted to women. When I get home after driving, I like to ride with women
but a lot of the time, there are not any rides that appeal to me, so I ride with whoever I like
at that time, there is only 1 hard and fast rule that I have. If I see a Country ride with anyone that
Is instructing that ride, then that is the ride I am going with I do not care really about anything else.
Even if I see a ride with Robin Arzon instructing it, I will go with the Country ride every time. With that
said these are my favorite male instructors on the Peloton Platform.
#1 Denis Morton (the music man) I like the music, Denis plays music that I like all the time
(Music has a lot to do with the rides I choose. Denis said one time when he was young, he had tickets to go see someone live, he was telling this to his boss I think. His boss was like well what are you still doing here? Which is a good thing to say. There is something about riding with Denis that I like, and since June 2023 when I started doing a 30-minute ride in the afternoon. Riding with Denis makes me forget about the time and that is a good thing.
#2 Cody Rigsby Cody is hysterical all the time. He says things that are so funny and he is being Serious, he is not trying to be funny at all. He is just funny naturally. Cody is a gay man he is very vocal about that fact. He is the highest paid instructor at Peloton. He has a couple of tattoos on his right arm (evidence of being young and stupid) He was also on Dancing With The Stars which is extremely difficult. Cody is a good Peloton instructor.
#3 Bradley Rose I am pretty certain that Brad is a member of the London Studio. Brad is probably the most crazy (in a good way) Peloton instructor. He is also pretty funny and it is
Good to see that there are others that are also crazy like I am at Peloton.
#4 Sam Yo Sam is also from the London studio I think, I did see a picture of him on the internet
At the Peloton New York studio. I took a ride with Sam once and he had on garb that was from
Motley Crew which was very funny. Sam is a really good instructor also.
#5 Ben Alldis Ben is a former DJ and it shows through in his playlists. Once I heard Ben talk about his battle with a mental disorder and ever since then, I have been riding with him all the time. He was very human during that ride and that struck a chord with me, I think he is also a member of the Peloton London studio
