I exercised twice on the Peloton today and I took
all my vitamins and drank 1 TB Spoon of EVOO like always.
I have added in strength training to failure on Monday and Friday mornings now.
I saw a video with Dave Asprey (The bullet proof coffee guy) and Dr. Mark Hyman
and they were talking about the benefits of strength training a couple times a week.
That dude Dave Asprey said he is going to live to like 186 im his book. I think that
that is definitely possible through diet and exercise.
