I rode the Peloton twice again today.
I took all my vitamins and drank 1 tbsp of EVOO just like every other day.
Because really nothing else matters but my health. I have a lot to do
each day and I Know in order to get everything done, I need to stay healthy.

I’ve been riding the Peloton twice a day and taking my vitamins and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) every day for quite some time now. My focus on health has never been stronger, and I believe that these habits are crucial for maintaining my well-being.While driving for Uber, I often think about the 30-minute Peloton ride I’ll take when I get home later. This anticipation has become a driving force in my life, keeping me away from the emergency room for a long time. I don’t have health insurance, and I probably should get some tests done since I’m in my mid-40s now. However, the only things that keep me healthy are my vitamins and exercise routine.On November 10th, 2023, I watched a video by Dr. Mark Hyman, who emphasized the importance of not having even a little belly fat. This inspired me to take a closer look at my own health habits. At 5 foot 9, I’ve always been active and thought that my daily exercise would protect me from the negative effects of being overweight. But I was wrong.Since that day, I’ve changed my eating habits completely. I’ve been battling with weight my entire life, and I’ve noticed that the weight comes off much slower now than it did when I was younger. This realization has only strengthened my resolve to stay committed to my health and wellness journey.Here are some tips I’ve learned along the way:

  5. Take vitamins and supplements: Ensuring you’re getting the necessary nutrients can support your health and wellness goals

My Uber journey has taught me the importance of prioritizing my health and wellness. By staying committed to regular exercise, a balanced diet, and other healthy habits, I’m confident that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle and I hope to avoid potential health issues in the future.
