Tuesday 03/12/2024 Embracing health: My Weight Loss Journey Towards Healthier Choices

Today I took all my vitamins, rode the Peloton twice, and drank 1 TBSP of
atlas evoo as usual.

Tuesdays are kind of hectic. I try to be in front of this computer by 3 PM
to attend a conference call that I learn from. I took someone from Ellenton to
TPA and got in front of this computer at about 3:30 PM. Which was as close as I could get.
Then I noticed I was in a surge at around 5 PM. I went online in the Uber app and was in a surge it was $5.25
so I accepted the next trip that came in and it was like a small 5-dollar trip so I took it. That is 10 dollars that I can put towards Evoo or something

Since I do the grocery shopping here. This week I did not get my usual 3 X 8 Pack of Diet Cokes which I love.
The reason why is because I like them and I noticed that I liked them a lot and they were small. What I noticed with them
was that when I would grab 1 from the fridge. I would not sip on it because I run the high risk of finding it later sitting around which I do not have room for
I calculated their cost at around .73 cents a piece and they are too expensive to be left around.
Also, I have been listening to “Outlive” by Peter Attia and he says in that book that if he could get rid
of just 1 food any food it would be all drinks containing fructose-related drinks. That is what Diet Coke is. The delivery mechanism for drinks
is very fast too. So what is happening is that when I slam a Diet Coke, what I am doing is delivering something that is very bad for my body
very fast. So for this week only, I decided to not get them. I have always liked Diet Coke much more than regular Coke, it is a plus that Diet Coke
has zero carbs and zero calories. Diet Coke is sweetened with aspartame which is an artificial sweetener which really bad for humans, long-term use has been linked to cancer
and dementia. So since I do the grocery shopping, I just decided to not get them this week and I will try to do that once every month going forward.

Also, last Sunday the 10th of March I did a weigh in and I am now 30.2 pounds down from when I started in 10/2023 (there is a weight loss journey page dedicated to these postings)
I also started taking pictures and posting them of all my vitals not just my weight.
I have them all and check them so I just take pictures of their respective readings, and post them up here each 10th of the month
along with a screenshot from my Bluetooth scale.  The reason I do this is because  1) I do not have any health insurance for the tests that I need. 2) I do not want to be in any type of pain. Pain or discomfort would absolutely hinder my ability to earn, I still would
have to earn, but I would be in pain so that would limit my ability a lot. I do not plan on being broke much longer, and when I can afford health insurance, I will need to be able to take tests and hopefully, I will be able to make any changes that are needed to fix anything that they find. I cannot go back in time (it would be cool if I could) so I know that
the only way to make it to the point that I can afford to see a doctor is to do what is needed now. Also, I have a history of “turning everything up to 11” when I used to drink and do drugs,
I would try to get as high as I could as fast as I could, so now I apply that to being healthy. I can’t undo all the horrible things that I have done to my body in the past, but I can start doing good things for my body now. I live with my mother in Manatee County she is not anywhere near being overweight, and she consumes olive oil every day also. Also, she exercises 3 times a week on her 3-wheel bike outside. She is now in her lower 70’s I would like for her to be a centenarian which she very well could be if I can keep her from eating from the $1.25 tree.

I recently learned that being overweight is seriously unhealthy. I thought that because I exercised so much, I was okay. I was wrong again though.

So now, I fast twice a year.
I take a lot of vitamins each day. (they are on the about me page or the video about me is faster and has all the same info)
I exercise twice every day on the Peloton bike plus
I drink 1 tablespoon of olive oil every day
and now I have added in meditation (Which I love)
