I rode the Peloton twice again today.
I took all my vitamins and drank 1 tbsp of EVOO just like every other day.
Because really nothing else matters but my health. I have a lot to do
each day, and I know in order to get everything done, I need to stay healthy.

Why such dedication to health? Because, in my world, nothing else matters. The demands of each day are numerous, and I’m well aware that maintaining my health is the key to ticking off every task on my to-do list.

What sets my health goals apart is a critical factor – staying away from the Emergency Room and the doctor’s office. Health insurance is a luxury I can’t afford, and the prospect of astronomical medical bills is a chilling reality. I once read that, by law, healthcare providers can charge whatever they please, and they certainly do. To steer clear of this financial abyss, I prioritize my health above all. It is just really good for everything.

Navigating the aisles of Walmart on a tight budget, I make conscious choices to fill my cart with what I deem healthy. Fresh spinach, spring mix, arugula – staples in my grocery list. Even with financial constraints, I recently added Skinny Girl salad dressing to my repertoire. At $2.38 per bottle amid the era of hyperinflation, I manage to stretch it for two salads. It’s a small investment in my health, a decision I refuse to compromise on. I live in Florida and food and Medicine both ar not subject to sales tax.

Adhering to a daily menu might seem mundane to some, but for me, it’s a strategic move. It streamlines my grocery shopping routine, leaving more time for my daily driving sessions. Every day, without fail, I hit the road, a commitment that fills my schedule. Purposefully devoid of friends or girlfriends, I stick to this routine, finding solace and accomplishment in completing tasks efficiently.

In the grand symphony of life, health plays the leading melody. It’s not just about Peloton rides or vitamin routines; it’s a conscious effort to safeguard my well-being against the uncertainties that lie ahead. No titles, just a glimpse into a day where health takes precedence.
