Triangle of health picture

Above is the triangle of human health. As we move through life, this is something we all should aspire to. Perhaps you do not have the time to do any of this. Perhaps you started with just 1 thing so far, that is awesome! That is how I started, with just 1 thing. I started taking vitamins during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then I got the Peloton, and I fell in love with it, then I started going to sleep earlier. Then I started tracking my sleep via the Apple Watch. Then I started losing weight. I do all of this because I have the time. I finally have decided that my own body is the most important thing, there are also other important things in my life, but my own personal health is THE most important thing and I know now to schedule other things around my health priorities! It is definitely something to keep in mind and work towards. It should be a goal that every human keeps in mind, and works toward. Because if you want to help someone else, you have to help yourself first, before you can help them, so whatever you do for yourself, is also helping others too.
