The tips listed below will not only help you to lose weight, if you continue to follow them, they will help you to keep the weight off. Real Tip Number 1: Always have a drinking cup containing water with you at all times.                                                                                                                              When you already have a drinking cup with you, that makes people not even offer you anything to eat or drink when they see it.                                    Also, sipping on water keeps your stomach full which makes you way more likely to decline offerings of food or drink which are                                     the enemy of weight loss.

Real Tip Number 2: Isolate and carve out time for yourself for each day. We carve out time for work, for our kids, for our spouse and for our loved                                      ones. That time is best utilized for exercise or for meditation. Take a walk, think about your breathing and nothing else. In order                                    to help anyone you have to be strong enough to help them first.

Real Tip Number 3: If you know ahead of time that there will be food at a gathering or party (There almost always is) then do not go! if you do not                                       control the available food, it will likely halt your weight loss goals. (in order to lose weight you HAVE to be vigilant)
