Health and Fitness Program

This is how I keep healthy.  I don’t know exactly how healthy I am, all I know is that I haven’t had to see the doctor or go to the E.R. in many years related to my overall health anyway.

My name is Rideshare Sean. I am an over 5-year full-time Uber Driver. On 04/02/2024 I will be an Uber Driver for over 6 years. I reside in Manatee County Florida U.S.A. I am a male in my mid 40’s. Uber pays their drivers very little with their already low salaries.

Uber and Lyft drivers also have to do lots of maintenance on their vehicles, I drive a Toyota Prius here is a link to all that I have done to my car since 2016 https://ridesharedriver.blog/maintenance-log/ I still drive it every day for Uber, and personally.

So I do all this for my vehicle to stay in good shape, I was thinking I am getting old now, I am no longer in my 20s or 30s anymore, and I cannot afford health insurance so this is what I do every day to stay healthy and not need to be in the Emergency room or the Doctor’s office all while having the energy to do everything I have to and take care of my mother who I live with since 2020 and she is now in her lower 70’s.

500 Milligrams of Vitamin C (since about 04/01/2020 (the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic)
1 X Metacaps (Metamucil Fiber capsules) (since ~03-20-2021)
~5000 IU of vitamin D (since about 04/01/2020 (the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic)
1 x fish oil triple strength from Amazon (since ~03-20-2021)

~250 Milligrams of Magnesium that resolved my tachycardia problem in two days. since 12/05/2023
1 tablespoon of high-grade Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Amazon (since ~08/01/2021)

I exercise 1 x for 20 minutes in the morning and then 1 X for 30 minutes in the afternoon each day on the Peloton Bike Plus. I saved up my stimulus checks and purchased a Peloton in March of 2021 and it got delivered to me on 05/13/2021 (I ride it for 20 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon). Since I took delivery of it on 05/13/2021

I also do not eat before 11 AM (since ~03-20-2021) 

I drink water only and fast for 3 days twice a year. (Every February and August) (Since 2016)

I have an R.O. Chiller and filter system which I drink from mostly. 

I do all of this every day, I mean every day holidays and weekends included 365 days a year.

I do not have any friends or girlfriends (on Purpose). All I do is drive for Uber and I am a photographer and videographer so I edit pictures and videos when I am not driving or on the Peloton. I listen to and learn a lot from everyone and everything I can. But I love Dr. Mark Hymon and the Mystic World gut. I read a lot too, that is how I found Dr. Mark. I read and loved the book called “Genius Foods” by Max Lugavere and Mark Hymon M.D. was on Max’s podcast and that is how I found him. Mark Hymon M.D. is a Dr. from the Cleveland Clinic

That talks mostly about treating the root cause of a disease rather than the symptoms that the disease is causing, I am really big on finding and resolving the root cause of a problem. Also, he talks a lot about the nutrients that a person can get from eating actual whole foods! There are many foods that a person can consume to keep their body healthy!
