04/13/2024 Optimizing Health & Wealth: My Journey from Uber driving to Job Stability, Weight Loss, and Daily Rituals

Today I took all my vitamins, rode the Peloton twice, and drank 1 TBSP of

atlas as usual.

I have come to the conclusion that driving for Uber full-time costs me money.

I have known for a while now that this is the case, but now that my car has almost 550K miles on it now, it is going to cost me even more money to drive for Uber.

So I have been applying to various jobs for the past few days. I do not like working in corporate America but it is better income than Uber driving and they provide Benefits

to which Uber does not. A job is actually income that I can depend on which after 6 years, Uber is not.

I posted the other day that I have calculated after weighing myself each month on the 10th that as of April 10th, 2024. I have lost so far a total of 40.6 pounds have been battling my weight since I was 11 years old and I am now in my mid 40’s. The diet I eat is modified but basically, I count carbohydrates and exercise a lot. I have always lost weight that way. I learned from Dr. Mark Hyman that there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. There are many things that are required for the human body

To function but carbohydrates are not 1 of them. Even good carbs like the ones in Broccoli for example are not required at all. Protein IS required but NOT any form of carbohydrate is/are required. So you can get away with eating nothing but meat all day every day, which I like because I can do the same thing over and over again without a problem. Also, I love eating meat (I like a medium rib-eye or a filet and bacon or a filet wrapped in bacon), I am well aware that Science has proven a plant-based diet is superior (for humans anyway) to a diet consuming meat products. A good argument can be made for the raw nutrition in various types of meat for example liver (which is one of the 2 foods that I really dislike) the problem is that humanity (especially Americans) eat way too much of everything. I tried in 2016 and 2017 to go Vegan. I noticed that there is cheese everywhere though and it was hard to give up cheese. So about halfway through 2017, I changed my diet to Vegetarian which makes it okay to eat cheese and eggs which was good because I really love eggs! So after I then turned Vegetarian, I stayed that way through 2017. Then I started longing for my favorite food even still it is my favorite food. Sushi. Sushi is very expensive though, so what I do is, I go to this place that does unlimited sushi (made to order) for like 25 bux (now after hyperinflation) plus tax, and tip. So in 2018 I just went back to the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) and tossed out the Vegan and Vegetarian diets completely knowing that the Vegan Diet and the Vegetarian diets are way better diets, I just started and still do eat Meat now. There are several ways that I manage to stay healthy on a shoestring budget, I ride the Peloton Bike+ twice each day and I supplement with vitamins and Evoo each day.

These are the vitamins that I consume each and every day. (Even all weekends and holidays). I originally started taking these Vitamins to help avoid catching Covid

Which worked (I drove for Uber every day during 2020). After COVID theater was over,

I continued everything I saved up and used my stimulus chex to purchase my Peloton Bike+. I love that thing, between that and the vitamins from Amazon and the food I get from Walmart I manage to stay out of the Doctor’s office and have plenty of energy to do the things I need to do each day. I do not care or count the calories/carbs in the vitamins or foods that I consume to stay healthy. I will continue to do what I do no matter what.

For example, I know for certain that EVOO is extremely calorie-dense. There was a time in my younger 30s when I used to try to gain weight. (Yes there was a time when I was actually trying to gain weight) A full shot glass of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 300 calories about. What I drink everyday now for my health is about a half of a shot glass full of EVOO. I do not care as long as it keeps me out of the Doctor’s office, I drink 1 TBS of olive oil every day. I used to eat cookies and ice cream all the time, I figured that because I exercised so much and Fast each year I could be fat because I was healthy.

I was wrong again, being overweight is very unhealthy. I am more broke right now than I ever have been in my entire life. I have more debt than I have ever had. I do not care the cost of being unhealthy is very expensive, also when you are unhealthy your energy is also lower, so you just cannot do everything that you want to do or need to do.
